Recombinant proteins

A dynamically updated list of proteins used to be here, but I shut down the communication to our lab’s database server due to security concerns.
Below is a(n incomplete) list of recombinant proteins we have produced. If you need some, get into touch! We are happy to collaborate with you.
We also do this on a fee-for-service basis, but salaries in Finland do not make this cost-effective for most cases.
For some proteins, we have large amounts waiting in the freezer, and others can be produced easily. However, there are also a few “DTP” (“difficult-to-produce”) proteins (e.g. R-spondin1 and Asporin). Some of them are a real PITA to produce in larger amounts and good biological activity.
If you have questions or a protein request, by all means contact me! Some proteins are easier to produce/source and purify than you think!
